This is stated in a statement by Sony Music Entertainment Italy. The company adds that it "immediately reported the circumstance to the digital platforms involved as well as to the owners of the copyrights on the songs used. In addition, Sony Music has reported the above also to the FPM (Federation against musical and multimedia piracy) so that it can carry out the appropriate investigations on the facts described above and, if necessary, offer technical assistance to the Guardia di Finanza ".
Finally, Sony Music "has given its lawyers the task of proceeding judicially against the perpetrators of the crime and any other responsible person in order to inhibit the continuation and obtain compensation for the damage suffered.
